In this presentation, I would like to share a technique to handle historical data in a FileMaker solution, utilizing a combination of AWS services and the Serverless framework. Use cases include archiving, data mining, and reporting.

The primary objective of this technique is to achieve optimal performance when archiving historical data on AWS S3, then leveraging Amazon Athena’s "Interactive SQL" to execute queries via our FileMaker app.
